神戸大学経済経営研究所によって作成された新聞記事文庫のうち、特に希少な昭和20(1945)年までの記事38万件（推定）を対象に、デジタル化を行い、著作権処理が完了したものから本文を公開している。記事タイトル、著者、翻刻文などから検索が可能。中には英文の記事もある。
